Which plan is right for me?
Essentials is designed for a single mailbox with 1 GB of storage. Choose Standard if you need multiple mailboxes or aliases, with 25 GB of total storage shared across your mailboxes.
What does “unlimited mailboxes and aliases” mean?
On Standard, you can create mailboxes and aliases without a fixed count limit. All mailboxes share the plan’s 25 GB storage allowance. Sending limits and acceptable-use rules still apply.
What’s the difference between a mailbox and an alias?
A mailbox has its own inbox and login. An alias is an additional email address that directs incoming mail to an existing mailbox—for example, hello@ and enquiries@ can reach the same person.
Can I use my own domain and email app?
Yes. Bring a domain you control and update its email DNS records during setup. You can use webmail or an email client that supports IMAP and SMTP. Domain registration is not included.
Who provides the email infrastructure?
Arcane Mail is offered by Arcane Tech, using MXroute as the underlying email infrastructure provider. Your service relationship and plan enquiries are with Arcane Tech.
Can I move my existing email?
Contact Arcane Tech before switching so we can discuss your current provider, mailbox sizes, and migration requirements. Keep your existing service active until the move is complete.
